Kayaking on The Hooch is becoming a really big deal around the Columbus and Phenix City area (insert “duh” and “understatement.”) Here are a few pictures that we were able to get. It’s not easy to shoot directly into the sun, which is where the water is, but Tim was able to do a great job with the Canon 5 D Mark 3 and a 70-200 lens. I sit in a lounge chair and surf the internet (get it? surf) while my men ride in tiny boats and bounce along the Chattahoochee River. I think they are bonding. That’s a good thing.
